The True Drama

The true drama is not this
surface tension.
It lies beyond
within the
Calm below
Where life and Glory
Await
Immersion
Exploration and the capacity to
Receive
a never-ending
Joy.
Delight is the True Drama.

  2. Yes, drama as what comes out of it rather than being stuck in non-stop action.

Recently I went through all the security stuff with having to take out the liquids etc. Of course I understand why – I want to be safe as much as everyone else. But after your poem on the 12 Levels of Being I wondered if they were looking for myrrh, spiritually explosive stuff. Not that I look like a Wise Man, but you never know…

I would love the 12 levels of being as an introduction to a dance work. People needs words to get in, but not ordinary words – poetry makes the bridge. One day I hope to write a work called Heavens, based on the patriarch Enoch's journey through seven levels or reality (they let him off the last 5, so there's hope for all of us).

  3. I love this one – and I totally agree – if eternity is contemplation – soulwork is all we need to do – whatever it takes to be still and see clearly.

Reading your daily offerings is going to add sparkling droplets from the depths and a bit of orientation – whether in the desert or under water.
